Welcome to HandsFree Branding & Marketing. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
HandsFree Branding & Marketing provides branding, marketing, social media management, content creation, website design, and related services (“Services”). Specific deliverables will be outlined in individual agreements or proposals.
2. Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Full payment is due as outlined in the service agreement or invoice.

  • Late payments may incur fees or delay project delivery.

  • Payment methods accepted: Venmo, Cash, Check

3. Revisions and Deliverables

  • The number of revisions included will be specified in the service agreement.

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra fees.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may change due to client delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide all necessary information, materials, and access required for HandsFree to complete the services. Delays in providing requested items may result in delays in project completion.
5. Intellectual Property

  • HandsFree retains ownership of all work created until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • HandsFree may use work samples for marketing, portfolio, or social media purposes unless the client requests otherwise.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

  • HandsFree does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to increased sales, followers, or engagement.

  • Clients acknowledge that social media algorithms, ad platforms, and search engines are outside HandsFree’s control.

  • HandsFree is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination / Cancellation

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

  • Deposits and payments for work already completed are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation may affect project timelines and deliverables.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled under Texas law.
